Culture penetrates all our life, even if we don’t realize it in the bustle of daily life. Everything that is created by man, not by nature, is a fact of culture. However, more often a person associates culture with the type of those institutions, that one visit in a special attitude of mind after serious preparation. Sometimes it seems that they are almost not related to his daily life. It is necessary to debunk this stereotype, to show, and sometimes to prove, that a citizen needs museums, libraries, cultural centers, concert halls, parks as much as shopping centers and transport interchanges. Changes will begin when a citizen realizes that he can find answers to his daily questions in the cultural institutions.
